    Instructor: Mr. and Mrs. Longval

    Students in grades 9-12 are fortunate to have many different activities offered to them at lunch. Mr and Mrs Longval open up the weight room on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:50am-11:30am for students to come in and work out.

    As well, on Tuesday and Thursdays - Mr and Mrs Longval organize lunchtime intramurals. Students sign up to be a part of a team, and activities change every month. A schedule is posted and teams play against each other to see who ends up the "Intramural Champs" for that particular activity! 



    Monday - Wednesday and Friday: the gymnasium is supervised and is open for grades 9-12 for "open gym" (pick-up ball hockey, basketball, volleyball etc.) from 11:25am-11:45am (NEW TIME as of October 9th 2018!) 

    Every 2nd and 4th Thursday mornings from 7:15am-7:45am - ALL students (boys and girls!) in grades 7-12 are in invited to attend "Rise and Shine Yoga" Staff are welcome too!

  • Rise and Shine Yoga

    Our Rise and Shine Yoga begins THIS week - on Thursday September 14th. Please meet Mrs. Longval in the weight room - we begin our sun salutations at 7:15am!!
    No need to bring yoga mats - we have lots!!

  • WEIGHT Room is OPEN!

    Please remember to wear your STA physical education gear in the weight room (and running shoes are a MUST!) Weight room is open from 10:50am-11:25am
    Grab some friends and come lift, stretch, mobilize, run, skip, pull, throw etc!

  • September 2017 Intramurals

    Sign up sheets are UP! Ball Hockey is our 1st lunchtime activity! Please sign up by September 15th - games will begin Tuesday Sept. 19th.
